All of the pieces on this site are lovingly handmade, unique, and are therefor available only in limited quantities.

Special Requests
If you have a special request, feel free to Contact Valerie and we will try to accommodate your request. Although each piece is unique, we can recreate an item per your request, or build a custom piece for you. Custom work is made to order and typical turnaround time is 1-3 weeks.  Rush orders may be considered for special circumstances.

Privacy
All of the information submitted to us via the All In Pieces web site is kept confidential. None of this information is sold or ever shared with anyone else.

Payment Options
All In Pieces currently accepts payment via Paypal.

Sales Tax
8.25% sales tax will apply to all orders billed to an address within the state of Texas. Wholesalers who provide a valid exemption may have the sales tax waived for phone or fax orders.

Shipping and Handling
Unless otherwise requested or noted all orders are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail for a charge of $4.95. Typical delivery time is 3-10 days.

Returns
Returns are accepted for a full refund or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 21 days and accompanied by a sales receipt.

Repairs
We will repair any piece or part of a piece that proves to be faulty, if submitted for repairs within 60 days of purchase. If your piece needs repair due to damage while in your care, a fee will be charge for parts, labor and shipping.
