The best way to describe my jewelry is casual but elegant.  Fine gauge sterling silver wire and an endless array of semi-precious gemstones are the two main components in my designs. My current designs are classic yet elegant with an everyday casualness to create a gem that can be worn anytime anywhere.

My name is Valerie Reeves, and I live in Houston, Texas were it is hot and muggy 9 months of the year. With so much time on my hands spent indoors in the air conditioning, I began making jewelry.  I started making them one little piece at a time and before you knew it, I had gone crazy. Not just a piece here or there, but literally so many pieces I didn't know what to do with them all, so I started selling them off to friends and family.

Several of the friends I sold to would wear something I made and I would see it and ask where they got it, not realizing that I had made it! (I told you I made a lot of pieces.) I never even thought of taking pictures of the stuff I made.  I really don't like repeating, although every now and then I will get a request for a duplicate piece. I don't mind creating duplicates for clients who request them, because they usually show such enthusiasm about my work it's hard not to!

A friend recently told me I needed to go online and start selling. So here I am.
 
I have 3 kids who all live in Houston and 3 grandkids from my daughter Tiffany. My middle son Kory lives in Conroe, Texas and I don't see him nearly as much as I would like to and my youngest son Dylan is 14 and still at home.
